Questions before starting

What most people want to know before engaging with an SEO service. If you have a question not covered here, email us.

It depends on where you are starting. A new domain with no backlink profile and hundreds of technical errors takes longer than an established site that just needs keyword and on-page work. In our experience, sites with a reasonable technical foundation and some existing authority start seeing meaningful ranking movement within 90 to 120 days. The big traffic gains tend to come between months four and eight. We tell you at the discovery call what a realistic timeline looks like for your specific situation.

Yes. We work in both English and Spanish, and we understand the differences in search behavior, competition levels, and content conventions between English-speaking and Spanish-speaking markets. If you need SEO for both markets simultaneously, we can scope that as part of the same engagement. We do not apply the same strategy to both languages: what ranks in English does not necessarily rank in Spanish.

It depends on your market. If people are searching for what you sell, SEO is almost always the better long-term investment compared to paid search. If you are in a market where search intent is weak or competition is dominated by large brands with enormous budgets, the ROI calculation looks different. We tell you honestly at the discovery call whether SEO is the right channel for your business right now, and what a realistic return looks like if it is.

Both. The Crawl plan is project-based: you get the audit and the deliverables and we close the engagement. The Rank and Dominate plans are designed as ongoing retainers because the work that drives ranking improvement is continuous, not one-and-done. That said, if you want to start with the Crawl audit and then decide whether to move to a retainer, that is a completely normal path and we do not pressure anyone to expand before they have seen results.

Access to Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and (if you have one) your existing SEO tool. If you do not have these set up, we can help you do that as part of the engagement. We also need a clear understanding of your primary commercial goals and which products or services you most want to rank for. The more specific you are upfront, the better the results.

Primarily by target keyword rankings, organic sessions, and organic conversions. We also track impressions and CTR in Search Console as leading indicators. What we do not count as success: domain authority, third-party scores, or metrics that any agency can easily manipulate.

SEO takes time. If three months into the work we are seeing absolutely zero ranking movement and we can demonstrate it is not a technical or indexing issue on your end, we review the strategy together. We have had cases where the problem was entirely external to SEO, for example a manual penalty the client was not aware of.

Yes. E-commerce has its own set of technical challenges: category pages, facets, product URL structures, canonicals, product structured data, hreflang tags for multilingual stores. We have worked with stores on Shopify, WooCommerce, and custom platforms.

Primarily Ahrefs and Semrush for keyword research and backlink tracking. Screaming Frog for technical crawls. Google Search Console and Analytics for performance data. We do not depend on a single tool because different problems require different angles.

Nobody can guarantee specific positions on Google. Algorithms change, competitors move, and there are factors outside any agency's control. What we do guarantee is the work: the audit, the strategy, the execution, and the reporting are all documented and delivered per the agreed scope. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the work, we discuss a resolution.
