Terms of Service
These terms govern the relationship between UseSeoTools ("we") and the client ("you") for all SEO services contracted through useseotools.com.
1. Service description
We provide search engine optimisation (SEO) services including technical audits, keyword research, on-page optimisation, link building campaigns, local SEO, and SEO content writing. All services are delivered digitally.
2. Payment
Payment is processed via Stripe prior to service commencement. Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include all service costs but exclude applicable VAT. Our prices are per project or per retainer month depending on the selected plan.
3. Intellectual property
All delivered work (reports, keyword maps, SEO texts, strategies) becomes the client's property upon completed payment. We reserve the right to mention the relationship in our client portfolio unless instructed otherwise by the client.
4. Warranties and limitations
We do not guarantee specific search engine positions, as these depend on factors outside our control (algorithm changes, competitor actions). We guarantee the quality and delivery of work within the agreed scope.
5. Client obligations
The client undertakes to provide access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics, respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe, and not make major site changes without notifying us first.
6. Cancellation
One-off projects can be cancelled before work begins for a full refund. Retainers can be cancelled with 30 days notice; the current month is billed in full. See the Refund Policy for more information.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Valencia, Spain.
