Refund Policy
1. One-off projects
If you cancel before work begins (generally within 24 hours of payment), we offer a full refund. Once work has started, the refund is proportional to work not yet completed.
2. Retainer plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. The current month is billed in full. There are no refunds for months already commenced.
3. Quality issues
If you consider the delivered work does not meet the agreed scope, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the case and, as appropriate, redo the work or issue a partial refund.
4. Exclusions
We do not issue refunds for ranking outcomes, as these depend on external factors (Google algorithms, competitors, client site changes). SEO does not guarantee positions.
5. How to request a refund
Write to hello@useseotools.com with your order number and reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days.
